Welcome to the Ticket Tree Update!

We’ve been hard at work and are excited to share some major updates as Ticket Tree continues to innovate in the ticketing industry. Plus, we’ve officially rebranded from Tick3t Tree to Ticket Tree and launched our new website at tickettree.us. Here’s a look at our latest progress:

  • First partners signed 👀

  • Event Updates 📈

  • Pilot Case Study 🥊

  • Looking forward 🤝

Ticket Tree First Partners Signed 👀

  1. $300K in Projected Revenue from 2025 LOIs, Over $1M GMV
We are projecting $300K in revenue from our Letters of Intent and over $1M in GMV, showcasing our growing traction and comprehensive GTM strategy.

  2. First Two Letters of Intent Signed for 2025 Seasons
We're thrilled to announce that we’ve signed our first two LOIs for the 2025 seasons. These partnerships are a major step toward cementing Ticket Tree as the go-to platform for fans and hosts alike.

  3. Solana Foundation Grant Secured
The Solana Foundation has recognized our potential with a grant, helping us continue to harness blockchain technology for efficient, scalable solutions. More specifically, the grant is focused on our innovation of SPL-404 tokens, and utilizing them as the points currency within Ticket Tree. Again, all of this is presented in a familiar experience to users.

    Ticket Tree traction.

Event Updates 📈

  1. 700 Collectibles Distributed in the Past Month
Fans are already embracing our unique approach! We’ve distributed 700 digital collectibles over the last month, creating a more engaging experience for attendees.

  2. Exciting Events in November
Looking ahead, we’re hosting two action-packed combat events in November. For these events, Ticket Tree will be distributing digital collectibles and rewards to fans, as well as giving host organizations a suite of engagement and analytical tools.

  3. Ticket sales to launch in December…?

One of our partners is hosting their first 2025 events in January, and will start selling tickets for that event in late November/early December of this year. Date and time still TBD, but we will update you when tickets go live.

Ticket Tree is for easy for everyone to use.

Pilot Case Study with Cage Titans 🥊

In September, we ran a successful pilot with Cage Titans, which gave us valuable insights into fan engagement and distribution success:

  • 75 fans activated and claimed their collectibles

  • 550+ collectibles distributed with a 100% success rate

  • 19 minutes average distribution time per collectible bundle

  • 26% boost in social media impressions for Cage Titans, thanks to fans sharing their collectibles—highlighting the added marketing value we bring to our partners

This pilot case study demonstrates the power of Ticket Tree in boosting fan engagement and driving meaningful results for event organizers.

Business Development Opportunities

As we look ahead, we’re excited to share that we have strong leads in the MiLB scene, with their sales window now open following the end of their season. We’re also starting exciting conversations with NCAA collectives, exploring partnerships to offer unique fan engagement tools and financial benefits to student-athletes through their NIL collectives.

Fundraising Milestones

On the fundraising front, we’ve secured our first commitments to our pre-seed round. Stay tuned, as we’ll soon be announcing the official date for opening the full round. This is a key step in scaling Ticket Tree and accelerating our growth trajectory.

Thank you for your continued support! As we build momentum and secure our place in the ticketing industry, we look forward to sharing even more exciting updates soon.

Best,
