🛠️ Product Updates

We're investing heavily in tooling that makes ticketing more powerful for organizers and immersive for fans:

Organizers can now recruit sellers and track commissions seamlessly (think student athletes, MMA fighters, performers).

  • âś… Payout Reconciliation:
Automated financial reporting and payment tools built for ease and transparency (readily available for orgs in our host dashboard, as well as daily email reports).

  • âś… Fanbase CRM + DTC Tools:
Collectible-linked fan data now feeds into a dynamic CRM with campaign tools (fanbase segmentation by ticket type, collectible, time of purchase in relation to the event date, net event spend, social media handles for fans who share their collectibles).

  • 🔄 Venue Designer (Internal Testing):
Drag-and-drop seating chart builder for custom venues. ETA ~1 week.

  • 🎨 Collectible Design Automation (Internal Testing):
    Auto-generate on-brand, event-specific collectibles at scale. ETA ~6 weeks.

  • ✉️ Will Call / Free Ticket Distribution:
Launched with tracking, boasting an 81% claim rate for distributed tickets (fans receive an email saying they have been sent tickets, follow the link to Ticket Tree, and claim their tickets).

🌲 Looking Ahead

Ticket Tree is scaling fast—with a closed-loop platform that connects fans, ticketing, and on-chain engagement in one place. We're doubling down on strategic partnerships, expanding our presence in the NCAA and local live event markets, and shipping features that deepen fan engagement while making organizers more money.

We’re actively looking for strategic advisors who see the vision and want to help us scale—as partners, angels, and even future event organizers.

As always, thank you for believing in our mission to fix ticketing for the modern era. Let’s keep building.
