Growth Mode: $127K GMV and a 3x Target by Year-End

Good evening! Hope you’ve been well and had a great Memorial Day Weekend. Quick life update — I officially graduated from college last weekend. A big milestone for me personally, but also for our whole team, as it means we can now fully focus on scaling Ticket Tree.

🚀 Growth Update

When we last shared an update in March, Ticket Tree had just crossed $70K in GMV.

Today, we’re at $127K GMV—an 81% increase in just two months, and strong evidence that our model is working.

Here’s how GMV has grown since our January launch:

  • January: $17K

  • February: $26K

  • March: $56K

  • April: $68K

  • May: $127K

That’s 26.7% month-over-month GMV growth, and 36.3% revenue growth, driven by two high-impact product rollouts:

✅ Affiliate Sales — Organizers can now recruit athletes, performers, and influencers to sell tickets on commission—fully automated and tracked.

✅ Messaging Tools (SMS + Email) — In high demand. For Cage Titans, these drove a 12% conversion rate, significantly boosting last-minute sales and ticket claims.

At this trajectory, by December 2025 we’re on pace to hit:

  • $241K GMV/month

  • $24K Revenue/month

  • $970K Total GMV (2025)

But that’s just the floor.

Our internal stretch goal is to 3x these figures by year-end:

  • $723K GMV/month

  • $72K Revenue/month

  • $2.9M+ Total GMV (2025)

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • 5 Cage Titans-sized partners

  • 29 hosts doing $100K GMV/year

  • 58 hosts doing $50K GMV/year

  • 116 hosts doing $25K GMV/year

With accelerating traction across MMA, college sports, and independent venues, we’re well on our way.

🌲 Looking Ahead

Ticket Tree has moved from proving product-market fit to executing a repeatable playbook for acquiring, activating, and scaling event partners.

Our tools are directly driving results—helping organizers reach more fans, convert more sales, and generate more revenue.

Now, it’s time to capitalize on the momentum.

Over the next few months, we’re focused on:

  • Expanding our roster of ticketing partners across sports, live entertainment, and campus events

  • Launching host collaboration tools that make co-creating and managing events seamless

  • Scaling our digital collectibles platform to enhance fan engagement and open up new revenue streams

  • Building a community layer that connects organizers, venues, and performers to drive more events

  • Hitting our GMV and revenue milestones while shipping fast and staying laser-focused on customer outcomes

The foundation is in place. We’re moving fast, and we’re building what the next generation of fan engagement looks like.

💸 Fundraising Update

We’ve now closed $125K of our $500K pre-seed round, with early believers already on board—and momentum accelerating.

We’re proud to welcome Josh Walker, Co-Founder of Sports Innovation Lab, as both an investor and advisor. Josh pioneered the concept of the Fluid Fan™ and has advised leading sports leagues and entertainment brands on how to adapt to modern fan behavior.

His insight and network will be critical as we expand deeper into NCAA athletics, combat sports, and live entertainment venues.

We’re looking to close the round quickly and are actively taking meetings.

If you—or someone in your network—is excited about building the future of ticketing, collectibles, and fan data, we’d love to talk.

We’re looking to bring on more high-impact, high-network individuals like Josh to the round.
